Formally known as 'Zumba with Lindsey,' Get Your Freak On Fitness was established in 2011.

GYFOF is owned and operated by Lindsey Hynes. Lindsey started her fitness career as a Zumba Instructor back in 2009 and has since expanded her portfolio by travelling to Edmonton in 2014 to bring Burlesque Fitness classes to Newfoundland, followed by New York City in 2015 to become the first Canadian Vixen Workout instructor! Lindsey is a leader in the dance fitness industry in Newfoundland - keep watching for what she will bring to The Rock next!
